We are running wildfire 3 on 64 bit machines and using PDM Link datecode M040 (so its all the latest stuff). Is there anyone else out there having problems with 64 bit PCs? The Product Structure viewer wont start and you cannot view thumbnails of models or drawings on the information pages if you are using a Wildfire session linked to PDM Link. The answer (I am told by PTC) is to use the 32 bit version of Internet Explorer which is also available on the 64 bit machines. Well all well and good but how do you force Wildfire to use the 32 bit version of Internet Explorer by default? Can anyone out there help please.
