A loft on Pro-E

How do I create a loft with a circular base and a square top using pro-E? The shape that I can create using a blend is simliar to what I want but it has a twist in it. I have an IGS file of what I want to do.

Loft? There is not a real loft command in Pro/E. if you refer to loft in Alias Studio 'Rail' or Solidworks 'loft'.
However....

First: There is a tool in ISDX that can in effect equate a
loft. create a trajectory then one curve. Start like
you are creating a four part boundary only you grab on curve then hit
the middle button. Select the other curve then again hit the
middle button. Loft.

secondly: What I think comes close to doing what you are looking for is
either a boundary blend blending between four lines that form a square
into four lines that form a circle. Just get your control points
to line up apropriately.

Thirdly: you can blend between the sections using swept blend. 'Insert - Swept Blend'

Hi CadFool,

I think what you are planning to do is to join two different C/S(circle and square) which are placed at a distance. Then the Blend command will work fine.Just make sure that the circle is divided into 4 entitity and the start point on the circle will match with the start point of the square.

Hope this Helps.
