Adding new fonts to text editor?

Hi all,

I'm using 2001...is it possible to add new fonts to the text editor
used in sketch datum curve? There is a text I want to use that is
availiable in Adobe CS. Thanks in advance,

Ben

I don't know about 2001, but in Wildfire 2.0 there is a config option pro_font_dir which can be set to your computer's fonts directory (usually C:\Windows\Fonts).

Failing that, you might try copying the font to the loadpoint\text\usascii directory (where loadpoint is the installation directory of ProE). This is where the PTC fonts are on my machine, so it may be the same on yours.

I think they need to be directly in the installation directory\text folder. You copy the original *.ttf from C:\WINDOWS\Fonts to that folder, or get some funky ones of www.dafont.com

You do need to restart pro to be able to use them
