All around symbol on round dimension

I know in a GeoTol leader you can have a all around symbol placed on the leader elbow. The problem I have is I have a drawing here that has the same symbol on a radius dimension on a fillet. I can't seem to find anywhere you can place a all around symbol to a dimension such as this, short of relating a draft circle to the dimension. Is there a option some where that handles this? I don't see anything in a properties on the dimension. Thanks

What you can do is create a symbol with a line with a circle, a line from the center of the circle rightto a note with variable text. Place the origin for left leader at the center of the circle (the left vertext of the line. Make the variable text of the symbol "R&d123" where d123 is the symbol for the dimension.

Just to see if it's a symbol, go to format/symbol gallery/redefine and click on that dimension. If that dimension it's a symbol a new window will open with the symbol.
