An issue with Sheetmetal form

Hi frnds, i have bring u one more issue infront of u. pls help me with this.

i tried the form as in the drawing with exlude surface, but im getting a gap around the form. can any one pls help with this..

and im using WF2.0. and sheet thickness is 1mm.(Sorry i del the dims' for confidencial resons)

This is the kind of feature that you need a die for, as well in real life as in ProE. In ProE it envolves creating a form and pushing it against the sheetmetal (that's the simple explanation).
