angle constrain in assemblies

somehow, i am not getting the angular constrains in the assemblies.. is there any option for that? what i have to do to give angle constrain between two plates.. let me tell you that in offSet column i m getting only three icons... which dont have angular offset.. I am using wildfire 3.

You need to align two axes or edges so that it has something to pivot about first.
Then you will see the angle offset option.
