Array/Loop of solid features

I'm trying create a sweep of revolved features. Difficult to explain.

For example:
I've created a sketch of a loop. On one point of the loop, I've created a feature, say a tiny hemisphere. I'd like to repeat that hemisphere along the loop, with a specified number.

Is this possible? I've attached a file to show what I've got so far.

Awesome, thanks. Turns out my problem was with the way I created the part to be patterned. I revolved it around the plane normal to the pattern plane. Instead, I created an extrusion from the pattern plane and just added some rounds. Works fine now.
