Assembly Clipping

Is there anyway to turn off the "No Clipping" Interaction between parts inAssembly? (Or in general for that matter). Basically i want to remove thefreedom of the modelsto"Ghost" through each other, and soley rely on clearances when assembling. I hope this makes sense. I am using WF 3.0.
