Assembly Offset Lines

I've noticed that when I create an Exploded View using Offset Lines, they are showing up in my Default ASSEMBLY View (UNexploded). I create these lines to show placement of components in a drawing....not sure why they are showing up in Assembly Mode?

I have a related problem. Since offset lines are the discussion, why would my lines not be visible in the model unless I mouse over them? They are visible in the drawing.

I've tried changing the color of the lines, this does not help.

Oh, not sure about the answer to your problem, I've had the same problem from time to time (when the lines are visible).

Hi CAM721,

Creating an offset lines in drawing mode is as good as creating it in asm mode. so that is the reason you see the offset line in the asm.to clear the offset lines in asm mode, just say no explode in the view manager.
