automatic update of a modification table

Dear Gurus,





In all our dwg, we have a table where the modifications are manually
written (with the modif #, date, initiator, description in four rows).

Is it possible to automatically update this table (with parameters
or something else?) including adding a line when a new modification is
done?





Please note we don't have PDMlink...
