Axis scaling

I want to scale a single axis linearly. The warp tool can stretch in one direction but any flat planes bend and curve. The easist example is a triangle, scaling one direction:changing the angles and 2 lengths but keeping the sides straight. Solidworks and Catia can do this what about ProE?

u can adjust the axis length in axis feature take axis and go to display here u can
