Balloons for Flexible Items in Drawings

I have created some parts and assemblies that use flexiblefeatures or components. When I am doing the drawing and BOM creation, I can not get a balloon to show up. Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Repeat Region balloons are not possible with flexible components until WF3.0
