First of all thanks for all the tips thatI have already gleamed from reading this forum, very useful indeed.
But I now have a specific question.
I am having problems with basic dimensions.
In WF4 I want to place a 1 after the 0 of the dimension and then place a box around it to create a datum. So that it looks like this:

Having ticked the BASIC box in the properties menu it gives me this: View attachment 5539
Having used the @[ @] code I can do this but it is still wrong:

I am assuming it is a config setting as the machine that I use for WF2 does what I want no problem but I just can't seem to get it to work on WF4. The correct example thatI showed only has the BASIC box ticked in it properties menu and if I change anything it reverts to having the added number outside the box.
Very confused???
