bend across hem, help...

Please look at the attached pdf. I'm trying to model this part in wildfire 2.0. It is hemed on both sides and yes the slots are cut through both material thicknesses. I have tried it in sheetmetal and WF won't let me bend across the hem. I have also tried to bend it before the hem and then sweep the hem's as a separate feature but I can't figure out how to add a swept feature in sheetmetal.


Any help would be appreciated. The part needs to be able to unfold (or at least that is preferred).2006-09-20_103355_strap.zip

I didn't know how to start and I started with a part and converted it to sheetmetal but I guess you can start directely in sheetmetal, create a revolved wall 180
