When I open the sketcher palette, I get an emptyblack box. Is it due to my working directory mapping? I have tried changing it but still seem to have the issue.
2nd issue is when I open Pro/E, the PTC home page flashes on my Pro/E browser window for a second and then the screen goes white.
I am sure both are simple fixes that someone knows. Using WF4 Student Edition.
