Blend command is used when you need to model transition from one section (e.g. rectangle) to another (e.g. circle) on the specified straight trajectory. That is, you define two section and the distance between them and Pro/E will create transition according to the defined section vertices. The rule you have to follow here is that both sections have to have same number of section segments.
