Bolding only portions of a note

In 2000i2 this was not a problem but we just moved to 2001 and it appears that I can't select a portion of a note to bold. It's all or none. Does anyone have a solution?

You can select a portion of a note if you add a separation.
(See example)

{0:THIS }{1:IS }{2:A}{3: TEST}

p.s. You can not control the color separately.

Thanks for the response. Your method works fine in notes.

Unfortunately Iam not able to get it to work on text added to a dimension.

The work around is to add text as a independent note and position it under the dimension.

Any other ideas?
