BOM Balloons show up with Part_Name???

Does anyone know how to make your repeat region BOM balloons show up with the parameter Part_Name on the drawing w/leaders? I believe you need to make a symbol with variable text? I'm not exactly sure how to do that. Does anyone have a quick way to show part names w/leaders?

You need to add the parameter name to your symbol, eg:

&Part_Name - so it is added as the contents of the BOM Balloon.
