Definitely check the filters on the repeat region.
Or the BOM could simply not be a repeat region. Maybe each item has been entered into a table manually?
If it is a repeat region it could be that it's set for a diffferent simplified rep or even assembly than you're expecting to see. Also, if the component you're expecting to see is in a subassembly it could be that the subassembly is setto "Flat" which wouldn't show thesubcomonents. It would need to be set to "Recursive". Then you could filter the subassembly if need be.
