BOM to Excel (best way)

What is the best way to get an assembly Bill of Materials (BOM) into an Excel spreadsheet? Either from Pro/E or Intralink? I am using Wildfire 4.0 M080and Intralink 3.4 M062. Thanks.

I use a combination of mapkey, intralink script & excel macro to give me an indented bill of material from intralink. I am on wf4 mo80 & intralink 3.4 m062 see attached

Go to the fourth post from fselga. I have tried this and it works great. Have not tried it in WF4 but I would think it works the same.
