Boundry Surfaces

Simple question:

How do you use 'influence curves' in the Boundry Surface feature?

And do these 'influence curves' abide by the same rules as the 'main curves' as far as which boundry curves they can and can't touch?

Influence curves are just that they sound like. They are additional curves that pull on the surface, influencing the shape of the surface. In the pic below the spline influences what would otherwise be a flat surface running between two lines. Note that the surface won't pass exactly thru the influencing curve. Also the influencing curve doesn't have to connect to the surface or the boundary curves in any way.

In the dash panel select options and choose the additional curves.
