You can not call a family table instance through Pro/Program. You can either modify dimensions with family table or Pro/Program and relations. Pro/Program allows you to get unique dimension values from the user, family table values are fixed for a given instance.

If you want to change the shape of the model after you open it, use Pro/Program and relations.

You can call a family table instance from pro/program in a assembly! The only downside is that you need the AAX extension which is of course>>>>5000 dollars. Do you have AAX?
