cani compare 2 versions of the same model

I am working on an assembly that is made up of subassemblies from different departments. One of the assemblies was changed in such a way that is causing it to abort the regen process due to failures executing Pro/Program. Is there an easy way to compare the two assy's to find the difference?

As far as I know you can only compare two part files or two different versions of a part file. Found this in the PTC knowledge base. You have to have an account set up to access this.

Thanks for the link. It seems as though Pro won't let me do it. I am going to
try to compare the two Pro/program files to see how they differ. The
problem with all this is the last person to work on the failing assembly
doesn't know why it's failing either, he claims he didn't change anything.
