I have these parts I loaded into Wildfire 2.0 from a windows directory. I saved them to a workspace and now Intralink states my models are not eligible for check-in. Anyone ever seen this one before? PTC tells me I'm probably doing something wrong and to send them the models.
It sounds like you created a workspace and copied and pasted the files into the workspace directory. If so that is not how Intralink 3.2 works (Not sure how Intralink 8.0 work space works). On 3.2 you have to launch ProE from a work space and then open the parts from proe from the windows directory. Then you open family tables and verify all instances save. Repeat this for all parts/assemblies and drawingsin the windows directory.
Did you try uploading first? I always perform two separate opperations so I can tackle object issues (same name exists) separate from permissions issues (don't have permission to check in).
You might want to try uploading the files one at a time. It may be one file out of the group that causes the failure.
Beyond that, what is the exact error message? Is this a new installation? Have you ever checked in before?
