check out to new work space

Hi All,


Using Intralink 3.4 v M30


If I try to check out a large assembly to a new workspace, I receive a time out error; If I check the same assembly out to an old workspace, I have no problems.


The problem is if another user tries to check this assembly out to a new workspace... What would be the problem?
