cnc bend tube/pipe modeling problem

Hi Pro/E-Users,

I am having a problem modelling a cnc bend tube of which I know the exact position of the ends and their straight length.
The final part is a tube with two straight ends which are not located on the same datum plane nor they are parallel. The two ends are connected my two circular arcs (with unequal radius) and a more or less straight in between the arcs. I have attached a model of the "known" as well as model showing the final model, but manually tuned reference points for the pipe feature I used when modeling it in Wildfire4 commercial version.

At
the moment I fail on finding a solution unless I am making it as an
assembly which is unfortunately not very stable ... and surely not
perfect because in reality it is not an assembly.

I am not having the
Behavioral Modeling Extension (BMX) which could be a solution ... but I
guess this would be too much of rocket science for a "simple problem"!?

What I want are the arcs to start
right at the end of the "known" straight ends and have a straight
between those arcs with given radius.

I need an
mathematically correct model which can be controlled by using a family
table for variations of the "known" and the radii. At the end I will
have more than 500 parts which are based on that model. Can anybody give me a hint how to solve such a problem?

thanks in advance
