Hello people, I have one question for you, and is if anybody knows ifit's possible to associate a colour to a function, for example:I want that, automatically, all the threats with screw where in one colour. (the surface of the threat in red).

And on the other hand, I have another question:

Is it possible to create each new piece with a different colour?, (now all the pieces start with grey colour). but each new piece with a randomcolour. for example: the first piece red, the second green,.....

I wait for your answers, thank you!!!!

No there is no way to do this automatically, you must set colors manually.

But you can create some sort of company standard that all screws are red, that all nuts are yellow etc. etc. so everyone who works with ProE must set exact colors to this kind of parts.
As for after you create new part, you can easily change its color manually, here in download section I think that there is a color.map file with various sets of colors you can use for your parts.
