common space folder size

Is there a size limits for folders in commonspace?


Our systen is a little slow and I would like to make sure if folder size could be an issue!

Hi Trickey,

You cannot change the folder size, vault size instead.

When there are too much datas in a folder, it will increase the search time and purge time.

The folders are just a trick of the eye in Intralink. Every time a vault comes close to 4gB I set it to read only and makes sure that a new vault is present.
