Where is the Component Interface menu hiding? It was under setup in WF2.0 right?

It's under Insert>Model Datum>Component Interface in WF3. I thought it was under setup in WF2 but I would have to check again since I don't use the feature much.

It was under edit setup in WF2 and was moved to the Insert Model Datum menu in WF3
