Config.pro question

Hello everyone
I have recently started to use Pro E at my job and I have encountered a problem with a few models that I'm working on and hopefully someone in this forum can help me with some tips and suggestions:)

I'm working with wildfire 3 and have done a few models for a client, using a startpart/template from them to create the model in. After sending the models to the client for them to check, the dimensions in the modeling window show up as a limit and not as nominal (I display the dimension by using the edit command on a feature in model tree). I discovered that the startpart I'm using doesn't change the config.pro options, (which I assumed) so it was still "my" configurations that was used when I first created the models. So now I got the clients config.pro files and everything displays as the client want when I create a new part.

My problem is that the the old models still dispalys the limits dimension even if I load the "new" config.pro file.( I have checked the options file and the tol_mode is set to nominal, one extra twist to this whole thing is that dimension tolerances under tools>enviroment has to be checked according to the clients request and this work as it should when I create new parts using their config settings.)
So I was hoping that there was a way to change the old files to "force" them to use the new configuration settings, without being forced to change every dimension manually to nominal. Would really appreciate any help you can give me.

The dimensions will display as they were originally created, regardless of new global changes - this means that you will need to change each dimension in your old parts.

Thanks for the reply robertib,
I kind of suspected that I would have to go through all the old models but I hoped there would be some kind of shortcut to fix the dimensions. At least I learned to make sure all the settings are correct from the beginning:)

Tobbe,

In the drawing try showing all of the available dimensions. Then highlight all of them and changet them to the type of display you want. Pro/E is bidirectional and will update them in your model.

I don't have Pro/E available right now but I believe this should work. If not, post back and I'll try it at home.
