Hello to all along with the administrator

I got struck in a problem .

I have an assembly of a pump. Now when I rotate the
main shaft ;the gear rotates which in turn the idler gear
this idler gives drive to the pinion on the Rotor.
thus rotor rotates in this way.

upto this point there is no problem but the rotor has vanes in it
which are supposed to touch the walls of the body
all the time.these r tensed by a spring in between them.

so how can i make it possible?

please help...

thanks & regards2007-02-12_035552_r_assy.asm.rar

Hello Tripat, you have up loaded only the asembly file none of the parts are attached so the assy wont open.

Also just be carefull that your not giving away information that does not belong to you or also info that you want to keep private. If this is the case try some screen shots or export the assy as an iges etc and we'll se if we can help.

i made the assly & hence the movie
this file had the smallest size so i m attaching this one

bu tcan i found how much fluid it can suck in a particular revolution

please help

but again sorry that the file didinot open . I didnot want to hide the data whose problem i m raisisng

thank you2007-02-14_015022_1.rar
