Converting Harness files to IGES formats

I am trying to convert a harness assemby to an IGES file and most of the time it works by doing a "save as" iges file and choosing to export cable surfaces from the menu that comes up. I have a couple of harnesses that I run through this same process, but segments of the harness are missing. Does anyone know why I am getting only pieces of the harness and not the whole thing? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using Wildfire 2.0
