Copy from 3d status???

A co-worker just asked me where to find the 'copy from 3d model' (used to be on layer tree in 2001). When we do drawings we want to turn off our curves, imports, etc. Instead of going through and figuring out what layer we want to keep, we always did copy from 3d model. Anways, I told him that I had a mapkey. Well, my MAPKEY NO LONGER WORKS! I checked under the visibility pull down and it does not indicate copy from 3d model.

I have noticed this on a few other occassions. Most times it is there and works. A few times (like now) it does not work. Any thoughts?

In drawing mode, "right-click" on the screen and go to Properties. When the Properties window opens select Drawing Options. In the "Drawing Options" window, scrool down and change drawing_layer_overrides_model to NO, and Ignore_model_layer_status to NO.

Is there a way to keep the same "Text Style" on New cells you add to an existing table.

Every time I add a new Rev to my drawing, I need to modify the Text Style.

I am trying to make dimensions of diameters of holes in a drawing, but get only radius. How can I change the output to diameter?

I am using Pro-E Wildfire.

Thanks

In 2001 we had an option to show the mechanism model in the view in different states. Now, in WF2 I just can't find the functionality to show different states of the mechanism model on the drawing. I know, work-aroung are family tables or two different assemblies (with two different states), but in 2001 you could set the state just by clicking the viewexplode (or something similar). Where is that option now?

Is this a "glitch" with pro-e?

I use a very basic dowel / c of g symbol but I have to place it as a "free" position first the go back and edit properties to attach it to an entity.

If I try to attach to an entity first it attches fine but the ok box is greyed out, so cannot continue.

Any offers?

Thank you from England.

I need to put the maximum dimensions of the model in the drawing. Does any one know the parameter to put it automatic?

Thanks

I tried to post a new topic and it keeps dumping my post in here. Sorry, I don't know what is going on.
