I'm still using 2001 (though I don't know if there are enhancements in WF that will help this or not). We seem to always have problems when using Copy Geom / Shrinkwrap when updating drawing views. It seems to take forever whenever I update the display in any way of a view that contains Copy Geom.
I don't know if there are any config settings that will help this. I've been through a bunch already. Or could it be a graphics issue? There aren't any problems displaying the Copy Geom in the model, just updating views in the drawing. Any ideas or suggestions?
