copying the bill of mat. to excel

Hi, can anybody tell how to copy bill of material table from proe WF2 to Excel.

direct copying is not available ( as far as I know). table -> save as -> text file. (proe is not open; hence exact syntax may not be the same)

Manipulate the text file into excel.
