Creating a pattern of a Rib Feature

I am trying to create a circular pattern of a rib feature but proE/wildfire will not do this. Does anyone have insight on this issue? any help is greatly appreciated!

you need to have an angular dimension to create a radial pattern. create your rib on a datum plan that has an angular reference. even if that refernce angle is 0, it must be present. Then, create a radial pattern and adjust the angle to suit your needs.

you don't need an angular dimension but you do need an axis. Select Axis from the drop down menu

I tried using the dropdown menu but that did not work for me. Creating a plane at an angle worked. Thank you for all the input!
