creating compound helical cut

I am trying to model a screw(a part file and image is attached for reference).
I am not able to think of a tool to use to blend the second helical cut in the main cut.I would appreciate any help in guiding me to finish this model.
I am using WF2.

Iow, create a helicalcurve (using Vss and trajpar)and then just create a CUT using the same helical curve.
