Creating corner relief in Sheet Metal

Can anyone, tel me, how todo corner relief in the highlighted corners, in the below model.View attachment 3677

Why use the corner relief tool ? You can create the relief directly from the flange tool :

Another way to look at a solution to your problem.


Don't bother with the corner relief icon and do the following


1. Feature>-Create>-Unbend (next option Unbendall)


2. Feature>-Create>-Cut (at the corners you want to remove material)


3. Feature>-Create>-Bend Back (next option Bendbackall)

I can't open that, I believe was done in WF3, I'm on WF2. So maybe someone else here that has WF3 could help you.


And you can upload the file directly here, make sure to upload only that part, I saw you uploaded the assembly but not the parts.

dhanasekar i have uploaded the file with the feature you require. you can change the dimensions and add the remaining walls as per your requirement.
