use "offset csys point tool", then in the second window select a csys which will be the 0,0,0 position (you can select the default csys or create a csys where you want it), then enter the first coordinates point.
Then click on the update values and a text editor will open and enter on each line the coordinates (like below). You don't have to put so much space between the numbers like PRO-e does only one space it's fine, only number, space, number, space, number.
If you have the coordinates in a file or something you can even copy paste them but they need to be like I said number, space, number, space, number (on each line)
