cross section previews

When using WF 2.0 I noticed that when creating a cross section on an assembly you can preview where the cross section will cut by dragging the offset cut plane along it. This is a nice little trick to locate where you want the cross section.


The problem is, I cannot seem to get it to work in WF 3.0, everything is setup the same, same part, but when you drag the cut plane there is no preview.


I doubt that PTC would have removed this but I would like to know if there is a config that toggles this option.

I looked into it closer again this morning, it will work for assemblies but not just parts.


If you know how to get this to work for parts that would be great.
