I have always been peeved by the fact that in many situations where I needed to select a CSYS, I was unable to either query select it, pick it, OR select it from the model tree. Often in these same situations any of those 3 options would work for other types of geometry and datums, but NOT for CSYS's.
I finally resorted to CTRL+F-ing any CSYS I needed to select, and this worked great. However, now I have a new problem.
Working with imported files I often have many datum entities which are not listed on the model tree (only one "import feature" entry) but using query select and other methods I am able to isolate them to layers for visibility control. Now I have an imported model with many CSYS's which are internal to the import feature. I'd like to isolate them for hiding. In the main model window, I CAN select them one by one using my CTRL+F method. BUT, if I attempt to include them in a layer (from within the layer properties), when I hit CTRL+F, "Coordinate System" is conveniently missing from the list of options.
Is there ANY way I can get these CSYS's into a layer? I'm using WF 2.0 M200, if that helps.
