Curves on surfaces in style

How do you chain multiple datum curve sections together so that they can be treated as one curve? In style (Wild Fire 2), I created a curve on surface by projection. However style treats a curve that falls on multiple surfaces not as multiple segments of the same curve, but individual curves. When building a surface using these as boundaries it creates problems. Is there any way to join these segments together? FWIW this curve is being projected on to a revolve that has created 4 surfaces and there for I get 4 curves when projecting the one curve on to it.

click on the first segment then hold the shift key to add the remaining segments.

after this you can resume selecting the remaining boundaries using the ctrl key.
