DATUM AXIS through point?

I am attempting to create a datum axis through a datum point but I can not pick the datum point as one of my references. If I pick the point first, then datum axis creation, it then adds it as a refeference, BUT itassumes a direction and not the direction I want. What's going on here?

try to pass the datum axis through two of datum points, 2nd in the direction you want. i think it was the answer to ur question. datum axis through datum points always require two points, not single point.

Thanks. I figured it out another way. The problem is, whenI selected create datum axis, I could not select a datum point for a reference. Pro just wouldn't allow it.

Try selecting the same form model tree or picking it by query
