datum curve from cylindrical equation

Has anyone got one exemple of equation to create a datum curve based on a cylindrical equation. At the moment I can only get a curve which is constant but I would like to get the first part of it flat around an axis and then going up constently


Equation that I have so far


r=10
theta=t*260
z=t*10
