Datum Curve

Hi All Pro/E Gurus,


I need help in creating a sinusoidal curve wrapped on a cylindrical surface.


i know how to do that in terms of cartesian co-ordinate system but i need to create a curve in cylindrical co-ordinate system.

could you sketch the wave and then project it on the surface?

as long as it is a "ruled" surface then you should be able to make a curve by equation in the datum curve tool and then Wrap the datum curve on the cylindrical surface.
