Hi all

I have a extrude with 2 revolves on it. these revolves are on the x-axis. Now i made a datum plane by clicking x > new datum plane > offset 7. Now when i want to edit the reference of revolve 1 (or 2) to this new plane i get the message that the planes are not parallel. However when i maken the offset 0 they are exactly the samen. How can i solve this problem?

Im trying to picture when you describe. Any chance you can upload a simple example?

When I create dtm planes I often create a 'DTM curve' by sketch, draw it with intention of placing a 'DTM PLANE' thru the curve parallel to another plane. In this way I am able to have a graphic representation of a parametric dimension.
