If you have the file for the import, then you can create a new model & use Insert -> Shared Data-> From File to import the feature.

Open your companies Start Part<?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:personName>,</st1:personName> open the Layers<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> go to Settings<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> Set up file<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> save<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> save to your hard drive.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Next open the component that needs the Default Layers<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> delete all layers that do match the defaults<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> go to Settings<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> Set up file<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> open<st1:personName>,</st1:personName> browse to the layers file that you saved and open it.

This will load all the missing layers.
