Decal placement icon grayed out

I applied a decal to a surface on the model but now would like to scale it.
Problem is the icon is grayed out. I'm on Creo 2.0 M100 if that helps.

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

It is really easy to beat up PTC on their render tool. It sux that the solidworks render/placement tools are so much better.

I haven't looked at it for a while. What is solidworks offering these days for rendering? Can you post comparison pics?

My problem with Photolux is the lack of repeatability - the same scene, lights, room, etc always seem to look different for different models. I'm constantly tweaking settings.
