DELETING UNUSED MODELS IN DRAWING

Is there an easy way of deleting unused models from from the drawing?

Or does one have to manually delete them via file properties and drawing models?

Thanks

Thank you Dr for your experienced help, but I may nothave fully explained.

Sometimes when copying a large drawing file with many sheets, I need only to keep maybe just a couple of sheets, therefore I would need to delete not only the drawing views but also the loaded models.

It would be nice if there was a way deleting "all models not used drawing file"

This is what I was trying to explain earlier, and I think now, very poorly.

Thanking you all once aiain

If you need to keep only a couple sheets then get rid ofthe rest. Then you can delete all models not used.

may be you can use drawing representation to create a simplified rep of the drawing. you can chose which sheets or views to be shown/erased. this way, you can select the required rep while opening the drawing.

also, when opening a large drawing, you can open using 'no views' rep and then delete sheets which are not required andthen resume all the views

set up model check to do this. The downside is that Model check will also include any assy referenced in an automated table as unused.
