hello proe gurus...
I have a question concerning the smallest details/dimensions that will actually show
on the surface of a blown/extruded HDPE bottle.
I have already transferred the logo to the surface of the CAD model of the bottle, now I
I do a lot of plastic bottles. Honey bear, the downy bottle as recent projects.
ISDX and Pro/SURFACE to make these ripples reflect specular highlights. There are 10 tools for this bottle.
Pro/SURFACE and ISDX again to make this one.
The Chinese shop does design and modeling free if you tool with them. They had the Bear character crapping the honey Out... Reversing it I put the honey above his head. Another problem the Chinese had is the bear looked like a monkey. It was difficult for the designers to communicate the problems. When the Chinese did the geometry they took a week to understand the modifications and implement them. Design iterations take hours with me behind the helm. I reversed the honey to be on the bear's head and upon remodeling the bear made him look like a bear and not a monkey. haha Gota love the Chinese because the thats funny. Edited by: design-engine
